WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM THE REST
Our dental fees are based on the fee schedule provided by the Ontario Dental Association. Prior to treatment, we can provide an estimate of your final costs. Please remember, this may differ due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a change, we will attempt to notify you in advance.
For your convenience, our office accepts Interact, certified personal cheques, money orders, Visa, MasterCard & Amex. Payment is due when services are provided. If you are receiving more extensive dental care, we can make financial arrangements.
As a special service to our patients, we accept most dental insurances and will file claims on your behalf. However, please remember, your insurance policy is an agreement between you and the insurance company. Should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than expected, you are responsible for the remaining balance. We will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate of your costs to your insurance company, so you will know what your benefits are. We will bill your insurance directly; patients will be responsible for the difference and unpaid procedures.
Our treatment fees are based on the usual and customary fees charged to all patients receiving similar treatment, based on the Ontario Dental Association fee schedule. Your insurance policy may determine allowances based on a fixed fee schedule. This may or may not match our usual fees. Please remember, insurance companies provide different types of coverage.
Annual deductibles and co-pay are due at the time of treatment. Please inform our office administrator of any changes to your dental insurance. Our staff members can assist you if you have any questions.
